It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Spring-Ford ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They beat the Phoenixville Phantoms by a goal, winning 2-1. The victory was familiar territory for Spring-Ford, who have now won three matchups in a row.

The win got Spring-Ford back to even at 6-6. As for Phoenixville, their loss dropped their record down to 8-3.
