Volleyball Recap: Richmond Comes Up Short

Richmond was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eastern Comets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Red Devils of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Richmond's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Eastern, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Richmond has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Ben Davis on the 23rd. As for Eastern, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Maconaquah on the 23rd.
