If Heritage wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Argenta-Oreana, they should've done a better job of containing Alexis Havener. The Bombers had just enough and edged out the Hawks 2-1 on Thursday for which the team can thank Havener, who had 19 digs and two assists. She has been hot, having posted 15 or more digs the last five times she's played.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Argenta-Oreana got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 24-26, 25-13.

Despite the loss, Heritage still got an impressive performance from Addison Hopper, who had 25 digs.

Argenta-Oreana has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-15 record this season. As for Heritage, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-26-1 record this season.

Argenta-Oreana has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Cerro Gordo/Bement on the 27th. Heritage does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
