Football Recap: Hanover's Victory on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Hanover had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. Everything went their way against the Plymouth South Panthers as they made off with a 27-7 victory. The Hawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by 20 points or more this season.

Hanover's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Plymouth South, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Hanover is set to take on their familiar foe Quincy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Plymouth South will square off against rival Pembroke at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
