Soccer Recap: Colorado Rocky Mountain Comes Up Short

Colorado Rocky Mountain managed to keep up with Conifer until halftime on Saturday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Oysters came up short against the Lobos, falling 8-1. Colorado Rocky Mountain just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Their goal came courtesy of Campbell Habel, who's now up to four this season.

Colorado Rocky Mountain now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Conifer, their win bumped their record up to 4-5-1.

Coming up, Colorado Rocky Mountain is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on Vail Christian at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. Vail Christian will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Colorado Rocky Mountain surely won't give up without a fight. As for Conifer, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 10-0 loss against Dakota Ridge on the 15th.
