Softball Recap: Iberia Takes a Loss

Iberia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the Eugene Eagles. That's two games in a row now that the Rangers have lost by just one run.

Iberia's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Eugene, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Iberia will face off against Stoutland at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Eugene, they will venture away from home to square off against Eldon at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
