Volleyball Recap: Curie Takes a Loss

It was a Battle of the Birds when Curie challenged Brooks on Tuesday. The Condors took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. The Condors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-19.

Curie has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season. As for Brooks, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Curie is taking a road trip to square off against Mansueto at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Brooks, they will square off against Muchin College Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
