Softball Recap: West Fork Takes a Loss

West Fork was the 7-1 winner over Osage when they last played one another back in June of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Spartans lost 11-1 to the Green Devils on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Spartans have suffered against the Green Devils since June 27, 2018.

West Fork dropped their record down to 5-4 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Osage, their record now sits at 8-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. West Fork will face off against rival North Butler at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Osage is set to square off against their familiar foe Northwood-Kensett at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
