Alexander is a perfect 10-0 against Holley since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Trojans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Hawks at 5:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

St. John hit Alexander with a five-run second inning on Thursday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Trojans fell just short of the Heralds by a score of 10-9.

Ava Yax and Braelyn Powell did some serious damage despite the final result: Yax went 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI, while Powell went 2-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

Meanwhile, Holley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Pembroke, falling 13-5.

Everything went Alexander's way against Holley in their previous meeting back in May of 2025, as Alexander made off with an 11-1 victory. Will the Trojans repeat their success, or do the Hawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
