Basketball Recap: Frankston Takes a Loss

Frankston lost against Martins Mill back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Frankston Indians took a 39-29 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Martins Mill Mustangs. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 424th, while the Mustangs are ranked fourth).

Frankston's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Martins Mill, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 11-0.

Frankston will be playing in front of their home fans against Oakwood at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Martins Mill, they will take on China Spring at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday.
