Basketball Recap: Boiling Springs Takes a Loss

Boiling Springs had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the East Pennsboro Panthers on Friday, falling 70-50. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Despite the loss, Boiling Springs still got an impressive performance from Ethan Yenser, who posted 22 points. The matchup was Yenser's fifth in a row with at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Mandell, who scored seven points.

Boiling Springs didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 57-33 win against Hanover on the 29th. As for East Pennsboro, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 58-33 loss against New Oxford on the 29th.
