Volleyball Recap: Crow Creek Comes Up Short on the Road Against Pine Ridge

Crow Creek had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 3-0 to the Pine Ridge Thorpes on Tuesday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it nine in a row.

Crow Creek was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Pine Ridge work for it, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-20, 25-16.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Crow Creek will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Colome at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pine Ridge, they will square off against Lakota Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The contest will give the Thorpes their first taste of in-conference action this season.
