Basketball Recap: Bradshaw Mountain Now 8-2 over Last Ten Games

Bradshaw Mountain waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They strolled past the Mingus Marauders with points to spare, taking the game 62-45. The Bears pushed the score to 53-33 by the end of the third, a deficit the Marauders cut but never quite recovered from.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bradshaw Mountain to victory, but perhaps none more so than Preston Ranniker, who went 6 for 10 on his way to 15 points. That's the most points Ranniker has posted since back in November of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayden Blasczyk, who posted nine points in addition to six boards and six blocks.

Bradshaw Mountain has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.2 points per game. As for Mingus, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-14.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bradshaw Mountain will head out to take on Prescott at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mingus, they will square off against Lee Williams at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mingus is facing Lee Williams at the right time seeing as Lee Williams is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
