Football Recap: Adamsville Extends Winning Streak to Three + How To Watch

Adamsville proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 34) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Summertown Eagles 17-14. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Cardinals have posted since August 29th.

Avery Burks continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 94 yards and one score. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in August.

Max Dillard and Colton Pugh certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Dillard rushed for 53 yards and a pair of touchdowns, while Pugh rushed for 87 yards on only ten carries.

The win was the third in a row for Adamsville, bringing their record up to 7-3. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 31.3 points over those games. As for Summertown, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.

As of now, neither Adamsville nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
