Volleyball Recap: Tuesday's Win Is Westminster's Tenth in Last 11 Outings

Westminster extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Locust Grove. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Locust Grove.

Faith Ahyi-Sena paced Westminster's offense, picking up 12 kills. Ahyi-Sena got some help from Munday Tyrone and her 16 assists. Tyrone also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Mary Sellers Conley, each putting up four.

Westminster has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 35-10 record this season. As for Locust Grove, their loss dropped their record down to 21-11-1.

Looking ahead, Westminster will square off against Central at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Locust Grove does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
