Volleyball Game Preview: Natick Redhawks vs. Wayland Warriors

The Natick Redhawks will face off against the Wayland Warriors at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

On Wednesday, Natick came up short against Wellesley and fell 3-1. The Redhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Natick was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Wellesley work for it, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 16-25, 25-17, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Wayland made easy work of Waltham on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 win. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Hawks recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Wayland was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-19, 25-18.

Natick's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Wayland, their win bumped their record up to 10-7.
