It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Merritt Island Christian can now relate to. They came up short against the Brevard HEAT Firehawks on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Firehawks recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Merritt Island Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Brevard HEAT, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season.
