Riverdale Ridge strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 42-13 victory over the Grand Junction Central Warriors. The Ravens might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by 29 points or more this season.

Special teams played a big role in the game for Riverdale Ridge, adding 12 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Dean Presswood, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Riverdale Ridge's defense and their four sacks. That dominant display was truly a team effort as four different players picked up one apiece.

Riverdale Ridge's win bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Grand Junction Central, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Looking ahead, Riverdale Ridge will be playing in front of their home fans against Thomas Jefferson at 7:00 p.m. on the 7th. Grand Junction Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
