Basketball Recap: Saugus Skates Past Gabrielino with Ease

Saugus had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past the Gabrielino Eagles 76-43 on Monday.

Gabrielino is on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Saugus and West Covina will face off at 3:20 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest, having both just played. As for Gabrielino, they will take on Bosco Tech at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles will need to watch out since the Tigers have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
