Soccer Recap: West Falls Short Against Ranked Franklin

West faced Franklin in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Rebels lost 6-3 to the Admirals. It was the first time this season that West let down their fans at home.

They hit Franklin with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Thomas Huffaker, Jack Rappe, and Christian Eimmerman.

West's defeat dropped their record down to 17-4-4. As for Franklin, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-1-2.

West does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Franklin, they have already played their next contest, a 4-2 loss against Bearden on the 20th.
