Catholic of Pointe Coupee never let their opponents score on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 15-0 margin over the Morgan City Tigers. Considering the Hornets have won four contests by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for Catholic of Pointe Coupee and bumps their season record up to 6-5. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.5 runs on average over those games. As for Morgan City, they dropped their record down to 1-14 with the defeat, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season.
