Deshean Thomas Game Report: vs Batavia

For the first time in his career, Deshean Thomas scored a rushing touchdown on Saturday. He rushed for 30 yards and a pair of touchdowns, helping propel Monroe past Batavia by a score of 50-0. We marked that as the best performance he's had all season, even better than his effort on September 27th (when he rushed for 61 yards on only six carries) (Gamescore: 17.8833333333333 vs. 9.8).

Looking ahead, Thomas and Monroe will challenge Bishop Timon-St. Jude at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Thomas will face off against Javonte Solomon, the Tigers' star RB.
