Volleyball Recap: Calvary Day School Cougars vs. Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Calvary Day School can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2018.

Calvary Day School was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-23, 25-18.

Olivia Craig paced Calvary Day School's offense, picking up nine kills. Craig got some help from Reagan Reece and her 16 assists. Finally, Craig was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.
