Basketball Recap: Lake Balboa College Prep Comes Up Short

Lake Balboa College Prep lost against Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Lake Balboa College Prep Cougars took a 34-30 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology Griffins. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lake Balboa College Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lake Balboa College Prep will head out to square off against Valor Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology, they will venture away from home to take on Discovery at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
