Derek Reed posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. He struck out eight batters over 6.2 innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits.

Coming up, Reed and Wabash will square off against Marion at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Apaches are a perfect 8-0 against the Giants going back to April of 2015, a lead they'll look to extend.
