After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Interlake, Lindbergh was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 45-0 win over the Evergreen Wolverines. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Eagles' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Lindbergh didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Chris Cornelius and Maurice White.

Lindbergh's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Evergreen, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.
