Volleyball Recap: Davison Beats Yale for Their Fourth Straight Victory

Davison came tearing into Saturday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Yale Bulldogs by a score of 2-0.

Davison not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Yale between 16 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-16.

Leading Davison to victory were Berklee Stimson and Daphne Darling. Stimson had 12 assists and three digs, while Darling had eight assists and three digs. That's the most digs Darling has posted over her last five matches.

Davison's victory bumped their record up to 28-7. As for Yale, their defeat was their eighth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 20-18-1.

Coincidentally, Davison and Yale will both be playing St. Catherine of Siena Academy the next time they take the court. The Cardinals will head out to face the Athletes at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Bulldogs will play them later in the day, at 12:30 p.m.
