The Bacon County Raiders will head out to face off against the Brantley County Herons at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Bacon County and ten for Brantley County dating back to last season.

Bacon County's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Fitzgerald on Friday. They took a blow against the Purple Hurricane, falling 35-0. The game marked the first time this year in which the Raiders were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, Brantley County played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Berrien, falling 33-7. The last quarter was a mere formality, since the game's final score was reached by the end of the third quarter.

Bacon County will have to contain Kaden Hendrix as he made an impact in Brantley County's last game. He rushed for 72 yards, and also threw for 30 yards and one TD. Hendrix didn't just play on offense: he also made three total tackles and defended two passes.

Brantley County's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Bacon County, they now have a losing record of 4-5.
