Softball Recap: Edmund Burke Academy Takes a Loss

If Edmund Burke Academy was riding high fresh off their 10-0 takedown of Bulloch Academy on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Spartans lost 12-4 to the Thomas Jefferson Academy Jaguars on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Spartans have suffered against the Jaguars since September 2, 2021.

Edmund Burke Academy now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Thomas Jefferson Academy, they moved to 7-6 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.
