Baseball Recap: Bellefontaine Comes Up Short

Bellefontaine was the 6-5 winner over Benjamin Logan when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Chieftains took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raiders on Wednesday. The Chieftains have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Zylar Huffman made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Cayleb Overmann, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one stolen base and one RBI.

Bellefontaine now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Benjamin Logan, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
