Softball Recap: Rockcastle County Find Success

Rockcastle County's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Bourbon County Colonels 3-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Rockets have posted since March 23, 2024.

Rockcastle County saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Makyla Hester, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI. Ella McKinney also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.
