Basketball Recap: Malone Takes a Loss

Malone was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Munroe Bobcats, falling 103-66.

Despite the defeat, Malone had strong showings from Jamir Smith, who posted 13 points, and Donis Mesidor, who almost dropped a double-double with 11 points and nine boards. Another player making a difference was DeJon Lester, who had seven points.

Malone's loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Coming up, Malone will square off against Altha at 7:00 p.m. on December 4. As for Munroe, they will challenge FAMU DRS at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
