Baseball Recap: Horizon Christian Academy Find Success

Horizon Christian Academy's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Covenant Christian Academy Rams by a score of 10-7. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Rams last Monday, they had to take a 11-5 defeat.

Horizon Christian Academy got a massive performance out of Caden Lamb, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one home run and three RBI. Those three RBI gave Lamb a new career-high. Jacob Lemoine was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one home run and four RBI.

Lamb wasn't the only one working in the home run department: Horizon Christian Academy lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.

Horizon Christian Academy now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Covenant Christian Academy, they moved to 4-1 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
