Soccer Recap: Big Rapids Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Big Rapids was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Mt. Pleasant Oilers. That's two games in a row now that Big Rapids have lost by just one goal.

Big Rapids' loss dropped their record down to 7-13-2. As for Mt. Pleasant, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-8-5 record this season.

Big Rapids does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mt. Pleasant, they will challenge Cedar Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
