Soccer Recap: Bay Comes Up Short

Bay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the North Bay Haven Academy Buccaneers. While losing is never fun, the Tornadoes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 458th, while the Buccaneers are ranked 217th).

Bay's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for North Bay Haven Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-3-1.

Bay wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 1-1 draw against Mosley on the 9th. As for North Bay Haven Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Rutherford on the 11th.
