You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Sanford's strategy against Fowler on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Sanford Mustangs blew the Fowler Grizzlies out of the water with a 48-15 final score. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 30 points or more this season.

Fowler's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Bella Hagerman, who posted six points. Kathy Jackson also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.

Sanford's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.6 points per game. As for Fowler, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

Sanford will square off against South Park at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Fowler, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 41-28 defeat against Center on the 18th.
