Conestoga Valley strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past the Muhlenberg Muhls 45-24. The result was nothing new for the Buckskins, who have now won nine games by 21 points or more so far this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Conestoga Valley to victory, but perhaps none more so than Sawyer Esbenshade, who threw for 213 yards and three TDs, and also rushed for 66 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only eight carries. Esbenshade has been hot, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last eight times he's played. Conestoga Valley's leading receiver Josiah Garcia was Esbenshade's top target yet again, picking up 166 receiving yards and two scores, while also rushing for 59 yards on only six carries.

Another reason for the win was Conestoga Valley's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Teagan Ruble, Sam Matonti, and Parker Book, who each picked up one sack apiece.

Conestoga Valley's victory bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Muhlenberg, their loss dropped their record down to 8-2.

As of now, neither Conestoga Valley nor the Muhls have any future games scheduled.
