Davis Ishmael, Athens's leader in runs on the season, led the team again on Tuesday. Ishmael was dialed in as he scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-5. He was up against Auburn and has quite the history against that squad, as he also had a great game the last time he faced them back in May of 2024. That stolen base marked the first that Ishmael snagged this season.
