Volleyball Game Preview: Langford Lions vs. Warner Monarchs

Langford hasn't had much luck against Warner recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Lions will take on the Monarchs at 7:45 p.m.

It was a proper cat-fight when Langford duked it out with Webster on Tuesday. The Lions took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bearcats.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 21-25, 25-9, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Warner earned a 3-1 win over Mobridge-Pollock on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Monarchs.

In the three sets Warner was on fire: they won each by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-15, 23-25, 25-12, 25-15.

Langford's loss dropped their record down to 11-20. As for Warner, their victory bumped their record up to 28-6.

Langford couldn't quite get it done against Warner in their previous meeting on Saturday as they fell 2-0. Can the Lions avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
