Softball Recap: Fairmont Senior Polar Bears vs. East Fairmont Bees
Fairmont Senior won the last time they faced East Fairmont and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Polar Bears came out on top against the Bees by a score of 5-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Polar Bears.

Michaela Egidi was a major factor no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with one run and one RBI.
In other batting news, Abigail Shuck was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two doubles, two RBI, and one run. That's the most hits she has posted since back in April of 2024.
The win got Fairmont Senior back to even at 8-8-1. As for East Fairmont, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.
