Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chillicothe). They blew past the Capital City Cavaliers 17-3 on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Hornets sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Chillicothe's win bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Capital City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.

Coming up, Chillicothe will be playing at home against Hickman at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. The Hornets' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Kewpies have averaged an impressive 7.8 runs per game this season. As for Capital City, they will square off against Bowling Green at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
