Basketball Preview: Pescadero Vikings vs. Design Tech Dragons
Pescadero is 0-6 against the Dragons since April of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Pescadero Vikings will be playing at home against the Design Tech Dragons at 4:00 p.m. Pescadero is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.
Last Thursday, things could have been worse for Pescadero, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 59-43 loss to the Eagles.
Meanwhile, Design Tech was the victim of a rough 68-42 loss at the hands of the Mavericks on Tuesday. Design Tech has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Design Tech's loss came about despite a quality game from Bassam (Sam) Karadshe, who scored 28 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Karadshe has scored all season.
Pescadero has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season. As for Design Tech, they dropped their record down to 2-13 with that defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road.
