Football Recap: Kiefer Skates Past Bethel with Ease

While Kiefer put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Bethel. The Trojans claimed a resounding 53-0 win over the Wildcats. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won five contests by 26 points or more so far this season.

Kiefer didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Daxton Smith and Cooper Chalfant. Dezmond Nash was another major factor on D, picking up a sack, forcing one fumble, and making six total tackles (2.0 for loss).

The victory (which was Kiefer's fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-2. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 5.0 points on average over those games. As for Bethel, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-3.
