St. Mark faced Worcester Academy in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Lions walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Hilltoppers. The win was nothing new for the Lions as they're now sitting on three straight.

St. Mark's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Worcester Academy, their loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. St. Mark's will square off against rival Rivers at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Worcester Academy is set to challenge their familiar foe Tabor Academy at 6:00 p.m. on the 31st.
