Volleyball Recap: Poudre Find Success + How To Watch

Poudre won the last time they faced Mountain Range and things went their way on Thursday too. The Impalas came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Impalas.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-14, 23-25, 25-19.

Poudre can attribute much of their success to Morgan Huffman, who had five digs and three aces. Kylee Morris was another key player, getting ten digs and three aces.

They weren't the only good server: Poudre was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Poudre now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Mountain Range, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Poudre will challenge Greeley West at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mountain Range, they will take on Vista PEAK Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
