Wapakoneta is 7-2 against Bath since January of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Wapakoneta Redskins will take on the Bath Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Wapakoneta can't be too worried about heading out to take on Bath: they just beat Van Buren at home, who had been dominant on their own court up to that point. Wapakoneta pulled ahead with a 41-40 photo finish over Van Buren on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bath). They were the clear victor by an 80-56 margin over Allen East on Tuesday. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 23 points or more this season.

Bath has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 13-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.8 points over those games. As for Wapakoneta, the victory got them back to even at 10-10.

Wapakoneta didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Bath when the teams last played back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 36-31 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Wapakoneta since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
