Baseball Recap: King Academy Comes Up Short

The Knights lost 16-1 to the Richard Winn Academy Eagles on Friday. The Knights have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

King Academy now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Richard Winn Academy, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. King Academy will challenge Laurens Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Richard Winn Academy, they will square off against Wardlaw Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
