Dynamic duo of Alyssa Torrech and Bianca Pacheco lead Sunset to victory

Recap: Sunset Knights vs. Southwest Eagles
The Sunset Knights have not had quite the year their fans were hoping for to this point, but back-to-back wins may be a sign of good things to come. They came out on top against Southwest by a score of 39-29 on Monday. That's another feather in the cap for Sunset, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Leading Sunset to victory were Alyssa Torrech and Bianca Pacheco. Torrech scored eight points along with nine rebounds and six steals, while Pacheco scored 20 points along with five rebounds and five steals. The game was Pacheco's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kayleah Castillo, who scored six points.
Sunset's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-7. As for Southwest, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
Sunset will head out on the road to face off against Reagan at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Southwest, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Coral Park at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
