Basketball Recap: Sherrard Gets the Win

Sherrard lost to Eureka back in February of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Sherrard Tigers managed a 60-55 victory over the Eureka Hornets.

Sherrard's win bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Eureka, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-6.

Sherrard will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Mercer County at 7:00 p.m. on January 9, 2025. As for Eureka, they will square off against Fieldcrest at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
