Basketball Recap: St. Francis Comes Up Short

St. Francis lost against Wallace County back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The St. Francis Indians came up short against the Wallace County Wildcats, falling 49-26. The Indians were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-11.

St. Francis dropped their record down to 1-2 with the loss, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Wallace County, the win was the fourth in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

St. Francis will take on Golden Plains in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Wallace County and Weskan will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
